Statewide Remodeling, a company backed by Renuity, is hiring a Project Coordinator based at our office in Dallas, TX to oversee field installations and support our Remodeling customers throughout the area! Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication to update project status.
- Maintain Excel Spreadsheet and CRM with pertinent information on the job including dates, material order and scheduling.
- Perform general clerical duties: photocopying, mailing, scanning and uploading documents.
- Support staff in assigned project-based work.
- Work with Field Supervisors and Installers daily to provide and receive information on ongoing projects.
- Work with Sales/ Production/ Warehouse and Operations personnel and managers.
- Other duties as assigned or reassigned by direct supervisor or senior management.
Qualifications:
- Previous residential experience in home remodeling a plus, but not required.
- Extreme time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a patient and calming manner.
- Team player with the ability to take on more and grow within the role and the company!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to pass a background check.
