The Role 

Hiring Immediately – As a full-time Dispatch Coordinator in our call center, scheduling organization is your specialty! You will book, re-schedule, and monitor appointment calendars to utilize our team of in-home sales representatives effectively and efficiently. Get ready to steer your journey toward a successful customer service career with one of the fastest-growing home remodeling companies in the country!

Responsibilities 

• Scheduling in-home sales appointments for team of representatives

• Corresponding with customers and sales reps to monitor appointment status

• Remaining available to customers to troubleshoot and problem solve during process

• Ensuring accurate data entry with CRM system

Qualifications 

• Prior dispatch experience, preferably in the home improvement industry 
• Excellent organizational skills
• Clear communication skills
• Effective at balancing multiple calendars as needed

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and dependable

• Tech-savvy, familiar with CRM systems 

Compensation 

• Competitive hourly base pay starting at $17.50/hr
• Eligible for performance-based bonuses!
