This role offers a competitive hourly base plus uncapped bonuses with the potential to earn from $50,000 up to $80,000+ per year! What You’ll Do: 

• Generate appointments by building rapport with potential customers
• Handle Inbound calls from various sources including; TV, Radio, Direct Mail, Facebook, Search, and various other internet source
• Make Outbound calls to highly qualified leads that convert as high as 40% - never make a Cold Call again in your career
• Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives 
• Be the liaison between potential customers as an inside sales representative on our team 

What You’ll Bring:  

• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a goal-oriented environment
• Providing customers an amazing experience
• Excellent computer and voice skills with attention to detail 
• Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality 
• High energy and willingness to learn 
• Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
• Weekend availability required!
